What are the goals of the Exousia Partnership?

Each company aims to achieve there own personal goals within the Partnership. However every few months, or at annually, the Partnership has a Goals Convention to confirm or dismiss goals.

When was the Exousia Partnership established?

The Exousia Partnership was established in the year of 2021, in the month of early August. (The exact date is unknown).

What qualification is required to become a member?

To become a member you need to have a valid company. Additionally you must have more than 5 members. Companies part of Group Alpha, Beta and Cantalope are an exception to this rule. Even if you do meet the qualifiactions you may not be expected or may be put into various groups, or be put on hold.

What are the benefits of membership in the Exousia Partnership?

Since the Partnership is still upcoming, there are not many benefits as of now. However, a list of the current ones are below:

  • Work with over 50 companies, with a close alliance and direct connections through the partnership
  • Share your own content with other companies, full credit, and use the work of other companies as well
  • Partnership training department (Training Command) willing to train, select and filter your new recruits to your standards
  • Free Quality Assurance given by our our member D.A.C. (the company is upcoming)
  • Diplomatic relations with other companies (in or out of the Partnership) and advanced justice or argument mitigation teams
  • Secure methods to improve the security of private or classified company documents with free storage of them as well (storage will be provied soon)

How do I apply for membership?

You can apply for the membership using the following steps below:

  1. Check if you meet the qualifiactions
  2. If you do meet them, you can sign up on the "Join Membership" page
  3. Wait up to 5 working days (Monday to Friday)
  4. When approved you will be sent an email with further instructions
  5. If you are not approved you can become a Lambda Group Contractor

What is the process for becoming a valued member of the Exousia Partnership?

To become a valued member of the Patnership:

  1. Become a member, use the above steps
  2. You must be a member for a minimum of a year or more
  3. Then you will be considered for Group Orion (senior or veteran companies and members)
  4. Additionally you can also become a societal member

What does it mean to be an ambassador for the Exousia Partnership?

To be an ambassador or representative in the Partnership, is 2 different things. The definitions are below:

  • Partnership Ambassador: You represent the entire Exousia Partnership as a whole. This is an important role as you represent the staff of the Partnership, the members and companies. 
  • Member Representative: You represent a single member or company in the Partnership to the Partnership in meetings, conferences, diplomatic meetings or argument mitigation. This is also an important role as you should portray your company in a good light.
  • Societal Representative: You represent a whole society or group in the Partnership to the Partnership. As a Societal Representative, you have the same responsibilities of a Member Representative, but you just represent a whole Society instead.

How can I help promote and grow the Exousia Partnership?

The Partnership is in a dormancy state. Each individual company is continuing to grow slowly, and so is the Partnership. Most companies are planning to build up before they take on the full responsibilties of the Partnership. Currently the Nova Corporation will manage the Exousia Partnership until actual staff can be found to manage it. We will have goals and meetings frequently.

What initiatives does the Exousia Partnership currently understand and support?

The Exousia Partnership only takes action collectively on the thing that the majority (more than half in most cases) vote for. If not, then the Partnership will have a neutral view of it (companies, members and societies can have their own view as long as it is not in violation of protocol). Additionally anything that is controversial and does (or does not) concern the Partnership is carefully reviewed before being mentioned.

How can I get involved with future topics/meetings undertaken by the Exousia Partnership?

Meetings are slightly rare in the Partnership as it is still building up. However when we do meetings, all members will be notified early (approximately a month before the meeting) and notified until the final 24 hours before the meeting. If you do not attend, it is completely fine as a whole transcript will be provided. You are only expected to attend meetings that are mandatory. If you do attend a meeting a representative must be present throughout it.

Can members participate in conferences or other events organised by the Exousia Partnership?

Yes, all members can participate in events by the Exousia Partnership. However, some events may be locked off to certain groups or members. For example, Societies may have societal only events within the Partnership meaning only members in that Society may attend the event.

How are new partners selected and approved?

We read through all the applications sent, and allow anyone we believe qualifies for the membership. The process has no bias or discrimination so we recommend to pitch your company or organiation as best as possible.

How often does the partnership review and approve applications?

Since at current time the Partnership is quite slow and small, it can take about a week to review and approve applications. However applications can cause a surge of activity in the Partnership. If your not responded to within a week, feel free to send another form.

Can partners offer ideas or input on how the partnership can improve?

Yes, all partners that have been approved or are in review can offer ideas or input to improve the Partnership. When you are accepted you will be given all the resources required to have a say within the Partnership and communicate with other members.

What do I need to provide in order to join the partnership?

You will need to provide basic information about your company or organization to join the Partnership. All these questions will be asked and required for you in the applications form. If you have any questions about joining then feel free to contact us.

Can I share my social media, or other things, in the Exousia Partnership?

Yes, but only your company or official social media. You can also share other content that your company has made or produced with other companies. These other companies are expected to give credit, if they keep it as intended or edit/re-create it. Any other things are found in the Member Protocols that all members sign when joining.

What happens if I violate any terms of my membership with the Exousia Partnership?

If you violate any terms of your membership with the Exousia Partnership, depending on the severity, you will be warned. When required, you will be given Isolation status or be sent to court to be judged. And in the most serious scenarios, companies may vote to remove your membership or remove your benefits.

Who are the staff in the Exousia Partnership?

The staff in the Partnership mainly consist of representative from our members and soceties, the Nova Corporation and at least one person from every member who works only in the Partnership. Members are expected to be non-bias, and if they are you can report them.
