Introduction

What is the Exousia Partnership? It is a partnership made by the Nova Corporation between over 100 companies that work together to achieve there own goals, and there shared goals. Along with being part of a partnership, they follow some regulations that should allow them to succeed and thrive. In addition, members also receive some benefits.

Background

The Partnership was originally started by the Nova Corporation and OMEGA Corporation. It was made as a way for both of them to work together, however it developed to the idea and organisation it is today.

Our Departments

• Training Command: The training command or TECOM provides free recruitment, employment, training, interviewing and filtering schemes and frameworks for you to use. In addition, it also has many employees dedicated to helping you hire new recruits, which can relieve your work load. Any staff who would have previously done this can be integrated into TECOM as well.
  
  • Office of the Curriculum: This office within the Training Command is responsible for managing, distributing, creating, editing and licensing resources for the Partnership or members with in it to use.
  • Office of the Recruits: This is another office in TECOM, which is responsible for managing recruits, tracking progress, recruit profiling and making sure the appropriate metadata is assigned to recruits who are employed.
• Justice Affairs: The Justice Affairs department ensures that Partnership legislation is being followed, as well as creating, editing, prosecuting and maintaining the Partnership from a legal and moderative standpoint. It has various sub-departments which help it complete its operations.
  • Anti-Corruption Taskforce: A department or division within the Justice Affairs is the Anti Corruption Taskforce (ACT), a specialised team which prosecutes and punishes anyone who is caught being corrupt. They specifically work within the Partnership and in prosecuting people in higher ranks or in administrative positions.
  • Red Skulls: Another taskforce within the Justice Affairs are the Red Skulls, as taskforce that is designed to enforce sentences across the Partnership.
  • New Crown Committee: This is highly classified. This group is responsible for the management of Justice operations across the Partnership, usually working on special operations.
